This slipformed workhouse incorporates 27 bins including six 32’ x 130’ tall silos, and eight interstice bins. This grain terminal has 45,000 metric tons storage capacity, capable of loading 150 cars through a loop track design. The facility includes an 800 metric ton per hour “dump through” truck scale and receiving system, and a 1,600 metric ton per hour reclaim system. Post-weigh bins are sized to hold one rail car worth of product. These bins are pre-loaded after being weighed, which allows cars to be loaded in under 5 minutes. The facility receives, stores, and ships a variety of prairie grains.
