Project Description

The slipformed workhouse incorporates 17 bins, including six 36’ x 130’ tall silos, eight interstice bins, three end bins, and a concrete shaft for the manlift. It will have 36,600 metric tonnes storage capacity, capable of loading 150 cars through a loop track design. The facility includes an 800 metric ton per hour “dump through” truck scale and receiving system, and a 1,600 metric ton per hour reclaim system. The site will also feature a modern and efficient grain cleaning system. The facility receives, stores, and ships a variety of prairie grains.
