Todd & Sargent is proud to announce the promotion of Brandon Norton to Pre-Construction Manager. Brandon started with Todd & Sargent as an estimator in 2017.

As a Pre-Construction Manager, Brandon will manage project aspects prior to contract signing to ensure a successful project kickoff. Brandon’s favorite things about his new role are being deeper involved in the upfront needs of a project and helping cultivate new client relations.
