What Is Industrial Commissioning?

Commissioning is the structured, systematic process of verifying that all systems in a newly constructed or renovated facility are correctly installed, operate according to design specifications, and are ready for safe, full-scale production. Pre-Commissioning Walkdowns
Before any system is energized, our commissioning team conducts detailed pre-comm walkdowns to verify all equipment is installed per design drawings, all connections are correctly made, safety devices and guards are in place, and all pre-startup punch list items are resolved. System Functional Testing
Each process system is tested systematically — starting with individual equipment run-in tests, progressing to integrated system tests, and culminating in full-throughput production trials with product flowing through the facility. Controls & Automation Verification
PLC programs, HMI configurations, and automation sequences are verified by our technical team alongside the controls integrator. We confirm that all process controls, interlocks, and safety shutdown sequences operate correctly under all foreseeable operating conditions before product enters the facility.
Operator Training & Procedure Development
Our commissioning team provides hands-on training for your operations staff on all major systems, process equipment, and control interfaces. We develop or review operations and maintenance procedures and ensure your team is fully confident running the facility independently before we leave the site.
Performance Documentation & Baseline
We document baseline operating parameters — throughput rates, energy consumption, dust emissions levels, equipment operating temperatures, and vibration data — providing your team with a performance baseline for ongoing monitoring, predictive maintenance, and future optimization.
